Cooking Class with Chef Gwyn Artz

Noted Kentucky chef Gwyn Artz has a dinner party up her sleeve – and you could be on the guest list! Artz will host up to eight people in her home kitchen in Lebanon, Kentucky to teach a cooking class and provide a fabulous meal. The menu will include lamb graciously donated by Kessler Farms of Springfield, Kentucky, as well as other locally-sourced and seasonally-available
food and beverages.
Artz graduated from the NY Culinary Arts Institute and spent much of her early career as food service director in California businesses such as Qualcom, Intuit, and Burnham Institute. She owns her own catering business and is a private chef.
This prize can be redeemed following the pandemic, when social distancing guidelines and other public health regulations have been lifted. Winners will schedule the event by contacting New Pioneers for a Sustainable Future.
